What is an emotion? What is the difference between experiencing emotion and being emotional? This seminar helps to explain what emotions are and the critical role that they play in our experiences. The presentation includes a discussion of how understanding and expressing emotion in communication can either help relationships--or hurt them. It also covers how the reflection of emotion is critical to understanding the meaning of experiences and developing a sense of purpose in life.
